I recently stayed at this rehab. Therapist top notch. Social worker is nice and very willing to work with you. Food is a tragedy. Rooms are shared and od decent size. CNAs are really a bunch of great people. Therapist are top notch. Nures are mostly good caring helpful people all but director of nursing who really could careless, makes it look like she helps but dont. Go ho.e and told she ordered a wheelchair for you and after days many messages left no return call. Then when you get someone online it is the lying scheduler abd she hangs up or says the patient is no longer here so call records.<br>The residents are all good friendly people. While there over 7 weeks being was changed3 times. And director of nursing and scheduler lie about al.ost everything and should not be trusted. The doctor there sucks and the PA they have is a caring responsible young lady, I really liked her. I could go on but I think you get were I am coming from. I'm sure a rebuttal is going to say much to the contrary but make up your own .ind and please pray for your loved one before putting them here mostly because of a few individuals. Also thier wound care nurse never does her job, she goes home and calls another nurse to change bandages that she wastold to do. God help anyone who stays there.

Do not send your loved ones here. Mine constantly was rushed to the hospital for sepsis and many other issues after being here. Staff did not check up on her regularly and she laid many times in her feces waiting for help. Mystery stains on most furniture, hardly any staff on duty too. Many times they did not tell us if she got sick or if an incident happened.. we would only hear about it hours if not DAYS later. She was bedridden and developed so many sores from no one checking and helping her change positions. They'd either give her too much or too little oxygen, and seemed to lie to us at times about the seriousness of her condition - they'd only own up when she'd be driven by ambulance to the hospital. I can only imagine what she was put through as she couldn't speak or move. There was only one nurse at the facility whom we felt we could trust, and even then, the nurse herself didn't know everything that we should be told. I only hope my grandma is at peace now and has the heart to forgive us for putting her here.

I wouldn't trust some of the 5 star ratings, as quite a few have been made by employees trying to salvage the facility's reputation. I know that when my loved one was there, it was atrocious. They were there for about 4 days. When I came to see them, I had them relocated to another facility within 2 days. This was about a year ago...so unless they have done MAJOR renovations, restaffing, & changed their entire way of doing things - I would look elsewhere for care for your loved one. And I'm not a person who speaks poorly of others or blows things out of proportion. I am just being honest when I say that my loved one would've died had we not relocated them. They were unable to speak because they had a trach in their throat, so they weren't able to tell us anything at the time. But once they finally recovered at another facility, got their voice back, & came home - they told us absolutely horrifying things that they had endured while in this facilities care. I didn't think it could've gotten worse than what I saw while I was there - until they were able to finally speak & explain what had happened when we weren't there. I just don't want anyone else to have to go thru what my loved one was forced to endure...even if it was for only a short period of time. Only God knows what the outcome would've been had we left them there. There were so many troubling things that stood out. The facility was completely outdated & sanitation was questionable. There were several instances of neglect on a major scale. Nurses never responded to the patients call light in a timely manner. There could've been a medical emergency & they wouldn't of known for 30 mins or more. I implore prospective clients to tour the facility first, ask plenty questions, check in on your loved one frequently & make sure they're being taken care of. Don't let insurance issues pressure you into settling for less - it could cost your loved one their life. However, since it was almost a year ago, changes could've been made...but like I said, it would've required so many things that most businesses wouldn't bother sticking the money into.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
