So many times we take for granted the quality of care someone receives at these long term care facilities . I think it’s worthy to say that a gentleman who has been under guardianship with a guardian ad litem for the first time in ten years of institutionalization is extraordinarily happy with his environment and care. No longer combative and silent, this smiling and interactive fellow engages familiarly with staff, has medically stabilized and improved to achieve his health mentally physically and emotionally that could have even been imagined! Its heartwarming to testify to the care and attention that he has received at Aria Waukesha. He for the first time since guardianship is Happy where he is at and is thriving!

I was told that my mom soiled herself on Saturday and they used wipes to clean her up and said her shower schedule wasn't until Tuesday. Come to find out when we took her out of there also due to the smell and the sticky pee filled floor her clothing was saturated with urine so they put the same clothes back on her. Unacceptable. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

Shut the place down. This place is hell and they did not take care of my grandpa and let him pass away horrifically. If I could get rid of all the staff in here for abuse and negligence. RAID the place and it would be great. The reviews are not joking. This place is a mess and needs better staff.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
