Our mom was transferred here from the hospital. We had a few choices in the valley but after researching this facility and taking a tour we felt this was the most skilled, organized, clean, and knowledgeable facility we have toured. We toured 4 different places. We really liked the staff and they have been SO kind and helpful. The administrator even came by and welcomed us while we were visiting with our mom. He was so kind and helpful. We know our mom will be here for a while but we trust she is in the best care and getting everything she needs. So thankful we found Haven sky harbor!

Please read all Reviews because the staff is putting fake reviews with all these five stars it is absolutely NOT five stars Be very careful on reading the reviews. My father was only there for about a month and in that timeframe, he ripped his trach out, which I don’t know how because they claim he had gloves on, my dad suffered from a stroke and is currently recovering and experiencing some behavioral issues which is NORMAL, they didn’t have a problem with it even would laugh until he magically fell out of bed on the side that didn’t have the mat so you’re telling me someone didn’t lock his bed. This injury caused him to have a small brain blood and when he got to the hospital, his bloodpressure was so high and after a scan they found he had a bleed and he suffered another stroke!!! Oh and they didn’t have the nerve to tell me he was getting kicked out. My father was getting released and was trying to go back, the hospital had to tell me that he was kicked out. They couldn’t even be adults and tell me! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’m begging yall do your research!
