They have no hot water!!!!!! I'm getting my family member out of there now. They told me they won't have water for up to 5 days. Like WHAT!!!!!! HELL NO!!!!!! If I were you I would look for some new place far away from this hell hole they call a VA facility, they should be ashamed of themselves. Those men fought for your freedom and there living in poor conditions.

This review is from my mother Nancy for my father Don. "My husband was a resident for almost one month at Berkshire Rehab. The staff was great including Greg, Tanya and everyone else. Don had great success and was out of his wheelchair in 8 days thanks to Tom from PT. Now he's even climbing stairs again. Don enjoyed playing trivia, bingo and music. He also loved being with all the other veterans. We're both very pleased with his success! Thank you, Berkshire Rehab, Don is doing great now." -Nancy

My husband is a Veteran who suffers from Psychiatric illness in addition to early onset Dementia. The staff is wonderful with him. When his radio is working, his nurse sings along with him. He always tells me not to worry about him as he is taken care of well and the food is really goodl I could not ask for a better staff to take care of him!

Lousy way to treat vets. Basically it's a prison. Staff are rude, therapy is a joke. Will.never go to that building again.

Wonderful facility! Great staff who are all so invested in the residents! Very clean! I just lead a paint event there and could not be more pleased with how great everyone was to work with, staff and residents alike.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
