I really loved this place for my father. The only problem I had was when he was on one of the floors which was the 5th floor. They mistreated him. I went to administration and they removed him and sent him to another floor and never had another problem. The people were very nice, and treat him with respect. He has been gone now for 3 years but I forgot to write a review back then.

Not a very hospitable place. You can tell they try to cut corners with expenses. Once the ceiling in the lobby was leaking. Also, they are understaffed.

My mom was admitted on 12/29 everyone has been very attentive and treated us so nice. The next day, I got a call from all department to arrange her stayed. Very special thanks to the nurses and all the staff at the Pavillion!
