Chatham Nursing and Rehab Center is a wonderful facility. My mother is a resident there and the staff works hard to try to make her, and all the residents feel cared for and comfortable. There are always activities available to keep residents active and stimulated. The physical therapy department has done a great job getting my mother more mobile after her hip fracture. The dietary department has a great variety of food and is always doing fun refreshments and meals for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. The facility is clean and decorated close to a regular home. I have been impressed with Chatham and would highly recommend it.

My mother had about a month stay and never had any issues or complaints! The admin and staff were great for adressing all of our worries or concerns. The therapy team was great with getting her where she needed to be a physically to return home. Im proud to be apart of such a caring team!

Chatham Nursing and Rehab was very caring and professional. They cared for my father in law in his last days and Chatham was full of compassion. I couldn’t ask for better, I would recommend this facility, to anyone looking for placement for a beloved family member/friend.
- Christopher Burriss ★★★★★ November 5, 2024
My dad was sent there in Aug 2024. After many failed attempts with other places this facility has went above and beyond to make sure he is happy. He enjoys the food, sleeps better, on less medication and healthier, and getting taken care of like he is family. The Administrator and DON really put in the effort to ensure the patients receive the highest level of care even if they take care of it themselves. The DON really keeps in contact with me on a regular basis regarding my dad and really listens to my dad's concerns. Overall I would definitely recommend this facility. My dad has been to 4 facilities since Feb 2022 and this is the best by far!!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
