I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, compassion, and a genuine sense of care. The staff here go above and beyond—not just as caregivers, but as extended family. They treat every resident with respect, patience, and love, creating a truly home-like environment.

It’s such a comfort knowing our loved one is surrounded by people who not only meet their needs but also take the time to build real, meaningful relationships. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and communication with families is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place where kindness and professionalism are at the heart of everything.

Staff is horrible, CNAs do not do their jobs, putting your family member in here is a horrible idea because they do not care about the safety of your family
- cole d ★☆☆☆☆ May 27, 2025
Staff is horrible will let the residents stay in there soiled diapers for hours even though they know they need changed, but they decide to rather sit and stand and talk at the nurses station, they will let residents fall because they do not care at all, staff is really rude, and if your mother or father needs assisted with food they will not do it. This place is a absolute joke.
- Cheryl Brown ★☆☆☆☆ May 13, 2025
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
The beds are outdated and narrow with no safeguard to prevent falling. I personally witnessed patients waiting 45 minutes to an hour to be assisted to bathroom to urinate. Further, patients may set in soiled diapers for hours, with no set schedule for change or checking. Physical therapy is a JOKE! The therapist is only there 2-3 days out of 7. The therapy room is about the size of a bedroom. There’s a lot of “put this peg in the hole” game instead of walking. The food is Not edible. This facility is way understaffed , like 2 people on the weekends. Oh, and I hope you don’t need to go to a Doctor appointment because the “Van” is broke down , “And they can’t help it”.
If you have a concern, the Director of Nursing or Social Worker will give you some empty management answer with no solution .
Please don’t be Fooled by the “Star” rating on this facility. You would have to see this place to believe it!

Our mother has been at Wayne Healthcare Center for three months now. Our family is so happy with mom‘s care. It’s such a relief to know that our mother is in a secure place and having great care. All of the employees there are so kind, friendly and helpful.

If she can’t be home with us, there’s nowhere else we’d rather she be because we know they take great care of mom and she’s happy.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
